December 27th

Well, here we are. Another day. Joshua woke up this morning very happy and excited to see his mommy & daddy! That was after we got up for a 2:30am baba. Oh boy! He's been teething so I wasn't surprised but he hasn't done that in quite a long time. Today we had an open house. It has been raining and miserable outside so we had no visitors. It does feel good to have a clean house though. We bought some new furniture, small things, then took some things out just to switch it up a bit. The one thing that isn't appealing to buyers is that there is NO place to sit and eat. So our agent suggested that we get a small(very small) two leaf table to put on the wall closest to the kitchen with two small chairs. There hasn't been anything in that corner for a while anyway. So we did that and rearranged Josh's room to accommodate all his wonderful new toys! De cluttered...again...and dropped our asking price from 79,900 to 66,000. So we'll see if that does the trick. Well, it's off to bed for now. We had Christmas at Tom & Marcia's tonight so were all very pooped. I will add more later. Love to all,
